Shipping policy

Where we ship

LuminaryHome ships within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not currently ship internationally, and we cannot deliver to freight forwarders.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order value and no surcharge added at checkout. The price on the product page is the price you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery time

Once processed, orders typically arrive within 7–20 business days. These are estimates rather than guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays or weather. Larger items such as rugs, mirrors and lighting sit at the longer end of that range.

Order tracking

When your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us and we will look into it.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email LuminaryHome1@gmail.com with your order number. We will track it down, and if it cannot be located we will replace it or refund you.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch where possible.
